說到雙線繩結，穩居冠寶座的就是比迷尼搓捻了。因為幾乎再也找到到第二個像它一樣有名、而且實用性之強的繩結了。只要是從事釣魚活動的人，大概沒有人不知道這個繩結，而且也一定得會打才行。

連結兩條繩子時，一般而言結頭是整個繩結中強度最弱的部分，不是常被切斷就是自行鬆脫。但是，比迷尼搓捻卻沒有結頭，所以，不論應付的是什麼龐然大物，也不必擔心接頭斷裂的問題。

雖然需要點技巧才能打好這個繩結，包括必須巧妙地運用雙手或膝蓋，對指力也有一定的要求等，但繩結本身的構造卻相當紮實。繩子有如被施加魔法般的自然纏繞，當大功告成之際，一股成就感不由得油然升起。

從第一個搓捻再度扭轉，順勢在搓捻上面再繞出一圈圈的搓捻是最困難的地方，如果不用食指或其他手指用力拉緊，就沒辦法打出漂亮的搓捻。

When it comes to double-line knots, the Bimini twist undoubtedly reigns supreme. It's virtually impossible to find another knot as famous and practical as this. Anyone involved in fishing is likely familiar with this knot and knows how to tie it.

When connecting two lines, the knot end is generally the weakest point, often cutting off or coming undone. However, the Bimini twist has no knot end, so even when dealing with a large fish, there's no need to worry about the joint breaking.

While tying this knot requires some skill, including the skillful use of hands or knees and a certain level of finger strength, the knot itself is remarkably robust. The rope winds around itself as if by magic, and a sense of accomplishment arises spontaneously upon completion.

The most difficult part is turning the first twist again and then making another series of twists on top of it. If you don't use your index finger or other fingers to pull it taut, you won't be able to create a beautiful twist.
