釣鉤連接 - 克維拉三股編織捻根付


搭船出海以活餌拖釣大型黃尾鰺(紅甘)、紅甘鰺等迴游魚時，需要比雙股更加牢固的3股編織或4股編織。畢竟大魚的拉扯力道很強，如果釣組不夠牢，恐怕一下子就被拖走了。

這裡介紹3股的作法。把3條根付線重疊後，把線纏在釣鉤的軸上繞3圈，然後在線端做出繩圈，穿過鉤頸後用力束緊。到這裡為止，都和前頁的雙股編捻的打法一樣。

接著使用扳手固定釣鉤，然後勾在線上，把釣鉤固定好之後，把變成6條的分成每兩條一組。

反覆讓兩條線交叉後，把第三條重疊以上的動作。一開始要把線拉的很開才好編織。

編織約20次後，最後用其中一組的線打個單結牢牢地固定。再剪掉多餘的長度就完成了。

When fishing for large migratory fish like yellowtail trevally and red snapper with live bait at sea, a 3-strand or 4-strand braid is needed, which is more robust than a double-strand braid. Large fish have strong pulling power, and an insufficiently sturdy rig can easily be pulled away.

Here's how to make a 3-strand braid: Overlap the three sub-lines, wrap the line around the hook's spool three times, then make a loop at the end of the line, thread it through the hook neck, and tighten it securely. Up to this point, the process is the same as the double-strand braid described on the previous page.

Next, use a wrench to secure the hook, then hook it onto the line. Once the hook is in place, divide the six lines into two groups of two.

Repeatedly cross the two lines, then overlap the third line. Initially, the line should be pulled quite wide for easy braiding.

After braiding about 20 times, finally secure it firmly with a single knot from one of the groups of lines. Trim off any excess length to finish.
